Chris is a Senior Executive with over 20 years experience in the automotive, utilities and asset management sectors. His natural curiosity and growth mindset allow him to generate and deliver positive outcomes for clients, and build strong long term relationships in order to continue supporting their businesses into the future. A lifelong learner, Chris has completed an Honours Degree in Mechatronics Engineering, is an Executive MBA (2015) and holds a GAICD. Chris volunteers to a number of charities and committees (Monash University, Engineers Australia) and is the Chair (non-executive director) of the Melbourne Innovation Centre.

Nicholas has over 20 years experience in driving customer-focused business transformations through digital innovation, across both private and public organisations. With a strong foundation in financial management and practical experience in commercial and operational leadership, Nicholas is both an influential leader and a collaborative team player. Known for his stakeholder management skills, he has built strong, long-term relationships with peers, clients, and suppliers. Nicholas completed a Global Executive MBA (2019) from Monash University, complemented by certificates in Digital Transformation from NYU Stern and Global Strategy from INSEAD. Additionally, Nicholas holds bachelor’s degrees in both Management and Marketing.
